Chivas USA goalkeeper Dan Kennedy reads to children at the Katy Geissert Civic Center Library during last week’s visit in Torrance. Kennedy signed autographs and took pictures. ‘Chivas in the Libraries’ is a summer reading incentive program between Chivas USA and the Glendale, Redondo Beach, Santa Monica, Fullerton and Torrance libraries, to encourage children to reach their goal and read this summer.
