Chivas USA’s  Jorge Flores converted his penalty kick helping the U-20 Men’s National Team beat Uruguay on penalty kicks last night.  The game ended 0-0 in regular time.

The U-20’s have five points in the Copa Ciudad de Rosario tournament in Argentina, after beating C.A. Tiro Federal 2-0 on Saturday.  The tournament awards three points for a win, one point for a draw with an additional point to the shootout victor.  Up next for the U-20’s is Australia on July 29.
